DC Motor Graphite Carbon Brush

DC Motor Graphite Carbon Brush used in conjunction with copper commutator segments, it is suitable for various harsh applications. In a variety of different applications, it can reach a life span of more than 10 million working cycles.

Usually  used  for:

- Low loss and high efficiency, the hollow cup rotor is light in weight, small in inertia, and has a sensitive start and stop response speed;

- Large output torque, the hollow cup rotor is made of enameled wire wound, shaped and cured.

There is no rotor core to support these windings. Under the same outer diameter, the outer diameter of the hollow cup motor rotor is larger, and the output torque is also higher.

- Energy-saving characteristics: the rotor energy conversion efficiency of the core cup motor is higher,  and the maximum rate is generally above 70%, and some even can reach above 90%.
