IQC

IQC serves as the first critical checkpoint for product quality before production begins. Its primary goal is to identify quality issues at the earliest stage, shifting quality control upstream to reduce costs. Allowing defective materials to enter the production process can result in defective workflows or finished products, ultimately affecting the quality of the company's final offerings.

Our factory is equipped with a comprehensive range of testing instruments specifically designed for motors, including a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), motor lifespan tester, high and low-temperature tester, salt spray test chambers, and anechoic chambers. Additionally, we utilize precision instruments such as surface roughness testers, rotor comprehensive testers, and roundness testers to ensure the highest quality standards.
